We have transitioned to a new pre-payment system, e-funds, to manage student accounts for the Lunch and After School Programs.

e-funds allows parents to pre-pay for their child's anticipated lunch meals and After School Care attendance with one family account per household.

e-funds is connected to our student information system, PowerSchool, where we track lunch meals and basic After School attendance. Your child's e-funds account will reflect your child's activity in the lunch and After School program in real time.

Note: we strongly encourage parents to pick up their child during carpool. Any child not pick up at the end of the school day will be enrolled in basic After School care (at Fairfax, Hollygrove, and Selma campuses) and will be charged the daily rate of $15.00 (reduced fee for those that are eligible).

We encourage ALL families to complete a lunch application, BEFORE the first day of school to secure the correct pricing for these programs. Here is the lunch application. You may email the completed application to billing@larchmontcharter.org or drop off the application at your school office.
